Current Opportunities Include:

  • Adult Home Health
    • Full time days 7:30a - 3:30p  (37.5hrs weekly)
  • Community Hospice
    • Full time days 8a – 4p  (37.5hrs weekly)
    • Part time days 8a – 4p (24hrs weekly)
  • McClure Miller Respite House
    • Full time evenings (40hrs weekly - 3-11:30p – Tue-Sat)
    • Part time evenings (24hrs weekly - 3-11:30p – Sun, Mon, Fri)

What We're Looking For

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact
  • Are compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
  • Thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Hold a current Vermont Nursing Assistant License
  • Have one year or more of LNA experience

Candidates with less than one year of experience will be considered for an LNA I position and corresponding pay range.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous home health, hospice, or facility-based care experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively teach and support clients and families
  • Excellent observation and reporting abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in emergency situations
